The 3 valleys - Courchevel, Meribel and Val Thorens - make for the worlds largest linked ski area. The lift system is extremely efficient and constantly updated. You can enjoy the skiing whatever your level of ability and will appreciate the extent of the varied, mixed scenery from tree lined runs to Le Praz or La Tania to the wide open pistes or steep couloirs and plenty of bumps and off-piste too.
Le Praz is a village which has maintained its traditional character and charm and offers a genuinely warm welcome with typically French hospitality and atmosphere. Le Praz has its own bars and restaurants but still remains charming and a genuine Savoyard village. It has the real advantage of four runs back to the village, serviced by snow cannons so it is possible to ski home most of the season. the lifts are 5 minutes walk from chalet Macambuse, 3 minutes from Maison Beaufort and L'Or Blanc and less than a minute from chalet Nicola and apartment James. You can ski back to close proximity of all the properties.
Courchevel has mainly north facing slopes, skiing from 3200m - 1100m. There are tracks suitable for all levels of skier and snowboarders. There is also a free bus service in the area.
